We made an appointment with Next Gen for an in-home consult for purchase and installation of an entry and storm door. Victor arrived a few moments before the appointment time, was respectful of our home and extremely professional. He adapted his presentation based on our comments and when a question arose regarding a design option that he was uncertain about he promptly reached out to someone he identified with more extensive experience with the product to ensure we got the correct information during our meeting with him so we could finalize our choices. When we concluded we made a poor color choose given our home’s exterior and reached out to him the following day about a change he promptly made the necessary adjustment and sent us a work order change. We could not have been more pleased with the design and order process.
Mitch, Joel, and, Victor were a pleasure to work with. Mitch was professional and careful with our installation and cleaned up thoroughly before he left. He successfully worked around our problematic window casing. The whole experience was enjoyable and we look forward to working with Nex Gen in the future.

Wow! We had a wonderful experience with NextGen Windows. Victor did an amazing job coming and explaining the process and quality of the new windows (ask for the demo with the heat lamp). We had old windows from the 50’s and they got everything ordered and installed within two months.Jacob (Project manager) is beyond amazing and helpful. He is wonderful with communication and has great craftsmanship and really got the job done right. We are beyond thankful and so happy with the entire experience with Next Gen. I highly recommend them. They also had good prices compared to other places (Home Depot). We love to support local and support small businesses and Next Gen is the way to go.
Very professional, quality work and the process was easy, my wife and I had the representative from NEX-GEN come down and show us their products. Once we picked what we wanted, someone came back out for the measurements and to order the windows.The crew that installed the windows came to the house prior installation and introduced them selves. Shortly after they came in the house and made sure the covered every room they were working in with plastic on the rugs, blankets and even the path from the front door to where the rooms they were working in.They made sure that everything was clean, they made it that no one would of known they were even here.Great Job to Ruben and his crew!!!!!!!!!!!!
