Looking to replace household windows. My comments are based on research of window companies in the Springs, including Champion Windows of Colorado Springs. In reviewing countless Reviews I’ve concluded that their windows seem constructed well enough (2nd star), but installation and customer service is oftentimes less than satisfactory. A mistake is one thing, that can be fixed, but when you read over and over the negative responses, delays, and repairs that frustrated customers have had trying to deal with getting promised warranties fulfilled, well, that’s something else entirely. Standing behind your word, or not, afterwards, is a big part of me doing business or not. To top that off, when you essentially admit that you blew it, (photos of unsat workmanship included), and you “apologize” for it (cheap talk). but place the onus on the customer to have them call you, yet again, to “discuss,” etc etc etc), that’s a slap in the face! I would resent being told, publicly, to call you for anything! YOU need to be calling ME, immediately, and fixing it, immediately, not talk! I interpret those replies as self-serving, for others reading them to believe you’re taking care of the issue and responding to the customer’s dissatisfaction. If you were/are responding you would have fixed it to begin with and the customer wouldn’t have to be wasting more of their time and staying constantly frustrated with you as a company! I know, you have lots of five stars, maybe from customers who know not what you’ve done or can’t stomach the “process” of confronting you after they’ve paid and you’ve left. I’m sorry, you’ve rubbed me the wrong way, I can’t give you my business! Reviews matter!
Brandon Kosut was my representative. He was very pleasant and thorough. He explained all options and was not pushy at all. At this time as I told him I just couldn't afford it. I wish I could of though. Thank you Brandon for spending the time to come out, look and analyze my windows and being very informative. You answered all my questions and some. I am absolutely satisfied with the work that I've received from Champion siding. Santino Valdez and James Straightat came today and assured me that they would be done within 2 hours. I am now absolutely happy with my house and the job they did. As for Debbie Complo she was the person that had this all set up and she stuck with me from the word go. So Debbie you are an asset to the company I greatly greatly appreciate you.
Brandon (and Blake as well—though Blake was still in training) did an excellent job listening to our needs and offering solutions that fit both our preferences and budget. Brandon took the time to thoroughly explain the company and its products, and his interactive demonstration showing the difference in BTUs truly opened our eyes to the impact Champion windows can make. Because we scheduled our appointment toward the end of the year, we were able to take advantage of several discounts, which really helped solidify our decision to move forward with this project. I worked for Champion years ago, and I’m happy to say the quality of their products has not diminished at all. We’re excited to outfit our home with new Champion windows in the new year and look forward to working with them again on future projects throughout our home.
