I had the best experience with A&L. Alex, Harold and Dave did a great job replacing my broken windows. They were neat and efficient and I hardly knew they were in my house. Makenna and Whitney in the office were spot on in keeping me updated every step during the process. More importantly they were kind and caring and listened to the story of how my windows got broken in the first place. Being good at keeping people updated is expected. Showing compassion, being encouraging, and taking the time to listen is above and beyond. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with them and highly recommend A&L.
During my several years of searching for a quality window and storm doors company I finally found one: A & L Home Improvement. The cordial, competent and helpful staff members, especially Makenna T., David V. and Harold, restored my trust and confidence in a windows and doors company. These three (plus several others) truly demonstrated constant and energetic attention to resolving several problems with our patio door screens and reaching solutions. Their consistent willingness to create super quality after market screens and finish a project ONLY when totally completed was greatly appreciated by this customer. I have nothing but praise, thanks, and respect for A & L Home Improvement.
I called around to several places- looking to get custom solar screens installed to help block out the sun/heat. A&L were quick to come out and get the process started. The install went fantastic and the screens look great. Big thanks to Dave, Harold, Alex for the install and Mac for all the updates when we called in. Highly recommend A&L Home Improvement for solar screens, we will use them again for any other projects that come up.
Whitney is great! I come here often for different window and door parts for my handyman job, and I mostly deal with Whitney. She has a great attitude and smile to match every single time I have been in. She is very attentive and quick to help or offer advise on a job. If a part I need is not in stock and needs to be ordered she is quick to order and keeps in touch with great communication till it is received. Between Whitney, Tina, and Mac I have never had a bad experience. Thank you guys for everything you do!
Do not use and certainly, do not trust! Whitney claimed they are a reputable company with several years of experience. It took them over a year and never completed the job. We purposely withheld $2,000 from them to finish the job and ensure our new sliding glass doors lock correctly. Thats a simple requirement. After a year, an entire year, I still can't get my four slider to close properly and 0 commitment from A and L. Anyone can break into my home thanks to the crap job they did! How difficult could it be to align the locks with the holes they drilled. You would think the 2nd time drilling they could get them to align so they lock.The rep, Whitney was mad because we withheld the 2k. If you cant finish you shouldnt get paid in my book. How can a business decide a job is complete when they cant secure our home. I requested several times for them to fix the door so it locks properly. I got no commitment from Chad nor Whitney, no call back promising they would make it right. Why should the customer have to keep asking and nagging for them to just do their job. Horrible customer service from Whitney, who had the audacity to complain to me, that I withheld only 2k in order to guarantee their work!Its only about money to A & L!Do your job Chad and Whitney
