From start to finish, I couldn’t be more pleased. Our salesman was informative, responsive and kind. He was not pushy. The communication from the time i purchased through this survey was excellent. Best of all, the worker who installed my door treated the project like her was working on his is house.I have been recommending Window World to anyone looking for a door replacement and my next purchase will be through them as well.
First of all, I want to say the Window World customer service frontline is wonderful. Lucille is really on the ball and follows up promptly. Tiffany, in service, went the extra mile to make sure my needs were cared for quickly.I had a new entry door installed last year. It served me well until January near-zero temps hit, with high winds. Then I felt a draft around the door that was intense enough to lower the temperature in the house. Bill came out a couple of hours after I called and quickly worked his magic. Here we are, 3 days later with much lower temperatures outside and I feel no draft.Thank you to the three of you: Lucille, Tiffany and Bill for your help this week. I truly appreciate it!!P.S. The only reason I did not add the 5th star is because I had hoped I wouldn't have ANY cold-weather issues, considering the cost.
I think it’s a little bit early to leave this review because the install was just done in November and I need to see how it reacts to the heat, but everything‘s so far has been excellent. Window World was able to match colors and give us the grid lines that we needed inside the custom window that they made for us at a very reasonable price. We shopped sole proprietors and big companies. They were not pushy like some of the other companies that want to offer gift cards if they don’t close you right away, which is just stupid. It’s kind of like the other company is saying we know that we’re charging you too much here’s some of your money back.
The installers at Window World were very professional and knew how to install windows!! They were very efficient! My husband and I were very pleased and satisfied with the service we received from the representative they sent to give us the estimate, the guys that came to measure, and the installers!! The price we were quoted was the price we paid. Our windows look outstanding and we are extremely happy. I am very happy we went with Window World. I had a wonderful experience with Window World. They had great communication. They were honest and upfront about pricing with no hidden costs. The consultation was easy and helpful in deciding what to choose. While waiting for windows to come in the company updated me on where we were in the process. Once the windows were in they worked to set up an installation time ASAP. The installation crew was very nice, knowledgeable and communicated throughout the installation on how it was going. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me all the completed work and made sure I knew how to open and work the window.
