Matt and Stefan removed our original one piece fiberglass shower and installed a half wall acrylic shower. We are still waiting for the glass door and wrap around to complete the project, but we are very happy with what Matt and Stefan did for us. They were always professional, yet fun. The new shower is larger and much brighter than the original.They were also conscientious about not getting the entire house dirty during demo and construction, and very good at cleaning up after themselves before leaving for the day.Thanks guys!
Impressed from the initial phone call to the final walk through. Kristen was our first point of contact and she was friendly and helpful. She was flexible with phone call timing and our schedules as busy parents of young children for the initial sales visit. Bryon came out for a consultation on our complicated tub/shower project and assured us that it could be done, even with the unknown complications that could arise. We have a century old home (1909) in Lakewood- nothing is ever easy when remodeling. We wanted a custom tub size larger than average. When Bryon was here there wasn't a hard pressure sales pitch like other companies- our meeting was less than 1 hour- compared to Bath Fitters who couldn't meet our needs and they were still here for 4 hours until I asked them to leave. We signed the contract and waited about 4 weeks for our custom tub to come in. This was over the winter holidays so we were expecting delays just because of people having time off of work. We got scheduled and then rescheduled twice because of their installers schedule and the extreme cold weather. Third time was a charm. Rich, our installer, was professional, on time and very knowledgeable about Lakewood homes. Our project took 3 days start to finish and Rich worked diligently each day. Rich took time to make sure it was done right the first time, measuring twice and cutting once. He left the work space tidy and even dealt with our 4 curious pets and 3 loud children.Highly recommend the people we worked with.
The employee that installed the windows did a fine job however the damages caused by the work necessary to the trim and casing were extensive and we were told they are not responsible for the damages they caused. When I asked I was told we were supposed to be offered the fix before placing the order and then was told they don’t offer it. They knowingly did not offer the fix from the beginning originally when I called they stated it was to come out of my pocket and I had to fix the damages and when I confronted with further action they had someone not from the company to fix the issue….. he did amazing and at least made it presentable. This is the largest portions of damage. Good company have used them before but make sure you get all the details from the beginning.
Mark and Adam from Joyce were fantastic with our installation of our Provia front entry door and storm door! Talk about an upgrade and curb appeal! They walked us through on key use of both doors and how to use the retractable screen/glass storm door.
