Excellent serviceMy installers for my walk-in shower were Cliff and Bob. They did an excellent job and were very professional. They had to work under extremely bad weather conditions but still got the job done keeping me informed at every step along the way. I would highly recommend them.
Very pleased with entire experience with Windows Direct. My installer Jermaine was very polite and professional. He was patient with my questions and showed me how my windows worked. He was also very respectful of my home. When he left you would never know he was here. Everything was clean. I don't even have to do any paint touch up!!! Excellent job!!!
Cliff and his crew arrived promptly and ready to work. They had the first half of our install done in a timely manner and kept our home clean as they went. They packed up their tools and trailer which we said they could leave and they parked it out of the way and left the workspace organized and tidy. By the next day they had installed a show room quality shower which is gorgeous! We can’t wait to try it when the caulk has fully dried!
