We had a mixed experience with Window Nation. Our salesman, Everett, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. The installation team was also courteous and efficient, and they did a nice job with the actual install.Unfortunately, there were significant issues with the windows themselves. Several were installed with the incorrect glass, and one window arrived with broken glass and is currently taped. The windows were installed on 12/16/25, and we were just informed that the correct replacements will not arrive until 2/6/26, leaving us with unresolved issues for an extended period of time.Additionally, our conversation with the operations manager was disappointing, as they were not helpful in addressing our concerns or offering solutions aside from wait until the new windows come in.While we appreciated the salesperson and installers, the errors with the order and lack of support afterward have been frustrating and have taken away from what could have been a positive experience.
Brock & Rachel could not have been more professional, patient, and informative. They stayed on task while answering all of questions and didn't mind being supervised by our fur babies. They did not rush to get the job done. They made sure everything looked great and we didn't have any further questions, knew how to operate the windows and our new doggie door. They cleaned up and left no mess behind. We couldn't have for more. Thank you Brock & Rachel it was a pleasure spending the day with you.
