I just had my windows and sliding patio door replaced. Jason and his crew were awesome. They said they would be at my home around 9:15 and they did not disappoint. They did a great job and I know it was not an easy job. They have the best prices, I do not know how they do it. Professional and friendly installers. I had the best experience with Western Hills Windows! Jake came to my house to give me a quote and was not pushy or make me feel uncomfortable to make a decision right away. Very easy to work with and got a very very reasonable quote well below my other two quotes. I had to wait about 16 weeks for install which they told me 16-20 weeks from the beginning! I had two crews on the day of install because I had a giant window put in! I had a total of 6 areas that needed windows and they showed up on time, protected the areas they were working and cleaned up great! I highly recommend Western Hills Window!
Great experience working with them on our front door. Jake spent 2 hours with us at our house going through all the options and was very transparent and thorough. I appreciate how detail oriented they were, even coming back for more detailed measurements to make absolutely sure our door was perfect. We did wait ~3 months from final measurement to install but that was to be expected. They actually estimated a January install for us and were a month early. Highly recommend.

Jake came out within a week of calling and gave us a straight forward affordable price. He was patient with our load of questions and even gave us different options as far as aesthetics and window functions. On installation day, Stan and his team completed our job quickly and even through the rain. They layed drop clothes down where they were walking and did a great job with the overall install and cleanup. 10/10 service!
