Best value for windows compared to Home Depot or Anderson. Window World has the best service and they sell, make and install their own windows. Any issues they’re quick to resolve. I got several quotes and Window World was on the lower end of the spectrum. What really sold me was Rob the salesman, he was the best! He helped me get exactly what I needed & didn’t push for more. He also made suggestions where needed. He even recommended a cat toy that my cat now loves! Lol.The crew that installed the windows did a great job and cleaned up after themselves well. No complaints there. They finished the job quicker than I thought they would, too.Overall, very positive and professional experience. I would recommend window world to anyone & everyone!
I used this company's services and am very pleased with their work. Saleman Harley is very friendly and not at all pushy. He presented their product well and helped us choose payment options. He worked with our HOA, and overall, everything was as easy as possible for us. The company makes its own windows, and that's a big plus. That's exactly what I wanted. If there are any problems in the future, I know everything will be resolved with a single phone number; the installers won't blame the window manufacturer, and then the manufacturer won't blame an installation error. Having everyone on the same team simplifies the overall experience for the customer.The installation went great! The team was friendly.Upd: I forgot to add that I'm planning on replacing the front door and backyard doors. As soon as I'm ready, I know who to contact ;)
Replaced our front door. Had a great experience working with Harvey. Very reasonable price for a high quality door 3/4 lite with 3/4 side lights and transom. Install team was awesome. Super efficient, high care and attention to detail. Huge facelift to the front of the house! Would highly recommend Window World of Western Chicago!
Window World was the perfect choice for replacement windows in our 1965 home. We had them replace every window in the whole house. No more glass blocks in the bathrooms, and a refreshed look for the front of our house. We did a mix of full frame off and retrofits. The installers were top notch, and used high-end spray foam and caulking to seal everything up. We live about 100 yards from a busy road and the noise reduction with the new windows is amazing.
