My home was damaged in June. It has taken them 5 trips and 5 days of loss of income to be close to finished. Some of the screens they made to fix the broken ones are so tight that one of the owners couldn't even get them out to take them and fix them. The door that they installed doesn't fit and has screws sticking out in the door jam. I have asked and asked for them to get this fixed and finished but I'm still waiting. What seems to be permanently waiting. It is now March of the same year. How long is too long? They need to make this right.
Poor, unacceptable customer service. I have to wonder do they treat all women this way?

We had a great experience with Gill windows. The quality of the windows has been impeccable, no drafts, reduced noise, reduced dust. Professional sales team that wasn’t into high pressure gimmicks. Respectful and efficient workers. My only complaint is that all of the caulking around the windows is brown with dirt because the outside caulking was done on a windy day on a dirt road which has affected the final appearance (but not functional) of the windows.

Did a fantastic job replacing the windows at my house, showed up on time and cleaned up after they left. The whole process from start to finish was efficient and straightforward and I'm very glad I went with them vs other out-of-state suppliers. Highly recommended if you need window replacements.

Gill Windows did a great job. Had an original 1950s window broken by hail and had 9 windows replaced including an 8 ft picture window. All communication was easy and appointments (estimate, measurements and install) were on time. The windows and trim look great. Install went smooth. Huge improvement (quiet, clear, insulating, easy to open and clean) over the old windows.

By far the best window company in the western US. I live in Denver and had to go to Cheyenne WY to find a window company I was confident in. No high pressure gimmicky sales techniques, just honesty, integrity and a product they manufacture and install with their own employees, most of which have been with the company for over a decade.
From the owners to the installers they all treat your home like it was their own. They had a very difficult job with windows as high as 40ft from the ground that they needed to build scaffolding inside and use a lift to reach from the outside and everything was perfect. They install windows right, clean up after themselves constantly and did it all with respect and a smile. As for the quality of the product I’m thrilled with how much more comfortable my home is and I’m confident my heating and cooling bills will reflect that. I cannot recommend Gill more, if you have a need for replacement windows anywhere in Wyoming and all the way south to Colorado Springs you will regret not speaking with Gill. It has been many years since I have worked with a company like Gill, they believe in the old way of doing business- Build a superior product, don’t pressure people to buy today, offer a competitive price and then take the time to install it correctly and don’t leave until the work is done right. Gill installed over 40 windows, a sliding glass door, an entry door and a storm door in my home and I can tell you I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.
