I never thought I’d have an opinion on glass but here we are! Everyone at Superior Glass was super friendly, helpful and went way above my expectations. The new glass door is so clean, I walked into it once already, which in my opinion is a sign of quality work!!
I strongly advise against using this company. After multiple attempts, I couldn't get a call back from the owner or manager. The service was disappointing from the start, even though they came highly recommended by a well-known Real Estate Agent. It took three phone calls just to reach someone, and when the installer finally came out, there was no invoice or written quote—just a price over the phone. Despite requesting it in writing, nothing was sent. Over the next two weeks, I repeatedly called for an update on the window and was met with confusion, only to find out it had been sitting there. The installers arrived late, and after finishing, they left without cleaning up, leaving mess and greasy marks behind. There was no communication throughout the process. Later, someone called asking for payment by credit card over the phone, still with no invoice, and hung up when I requested one. The customer service was extremely poor. I tried reaching out to the owner, leaving several voicemails, but received no response. I’ve shared my negative experience with others, and I know the Real Estate Agent will no longer recommend this company.Update: the owner responded back and tried to make me look like I refused to pay when the installer lied about having paperwork. They didn’t bring paperwork and when they finished the job they just left. They didn’t clean up. They did call me when they got back to the shop wanting payment. Some kid from his personal cell phone. Why would I make a payment for almost $500 over the phone when I can’t even verify who it was and they didn’t wanna give me an invoice. So yes, when I saw the invoice, I looked at it a couple of times and I made the payment . They didn’t do anything that their employees said they did, but I’m sure mom and dad are going to believe their kids over a customer. The owner responded back on here, but yet I left numerous messages for the owner to call me prior to posting this on here and they refuse to call so they can say what they want. Doesn’t bother me one bit, but before anybody uses this company I would think twice and find somewhere else to go just my personal opinion. And by the way, the owner does have my phone number and not once have they reached out. they would rather just make me look like a piece of trash that didn’t want to pay my bill when the bill is paid in full. Superior Glass do better!!!
Great glass shop. Ordered new screens, shower glass and new mirror. Very friendly Great service and prices. Definitely a great place for your glass needs
I took 3 different sizes of glass shelves in ½ hour before closing and they were done by noon the next day. They cut all nine shelves to the perfect size and the finished product was great. People here are friendly and easy to deal with. I will go to them for all of my glass needs from now on. I highly recommend this company.
Brandon has helped my shop out twice now. I am very happy. He was very easy to deal with and helpful. He saved me money both times. I was quoted $5000 at a local company and was taken care of the in one day for $250. I will continue to use this company and tell people I’m happy with all the things they have done.
