From the very start of the process to the absolute end, this company has been a delight. We reached out to get quotes from five different window businesses. This is one of only two companies that did not use high pressure sales techniques. We had a patio door replaced. They did a great job taking out the old one, replacing with the new one.Doors are good quality, heavier than the old ones. They replaced the inside door trim perfectly with new matching trim. Caulking to seal it up, door locks and handle, cleaned up inside and out. All well done.This project was almost a month behind the original installation plan but they did an excellent job and were able to get it done reasonably quickly once the door (ordered) came in.It cost quite a but more than expected at
We had Window World of Charlotte out to replace 12 windows in our brick home. The original windows were builder grade, single hung units that were almost 20 years old. These windows were problematic in that they were not as energy efficient as we would like, you could feel a significant temperature change when walking by them. The latches would not close properly and they were not too great at minimizing outside noise.We now have windows that were installed so well you would not know they were replacements other than they exceed at what they are designed to do, improve energy efficiency. Walking by these windows now, you don't feel that temperature change. Significant reduction in outside noise. And they will be easy to maintain and clean being double hung units.From the first moment of meeting with Ian to discuss our window needs through to the installation by Willian and his teammate, this process relieved a lot of concerns we've had. Communication was top notch, installation was completed in one day and they left our home taking all the old windows and debris with them. Could not ask for a better experience.
