LOVE this company! The windows are comparable in quality to the more expensive Renewal by Anderson ones at about a third (or less) of the cost. Each person I dealt with was timely, professional, and kind. Gabriel and his team installed 5 beautiful new windows for us in 30 minutes! The rest of the time was spent cleaning up. His personality is tops and we will definitely be hiring them in the future when we get the rest of the house done.

From start to finish our experience with The Window Source of the Carolinas has been extremely positive. From the sales consultation with Greg on Columbus Day no less. He explained the type of windows we should purchase. He had a sample of the window as well as the front door that was being replaced. The quoted price was very reasonable for the product and the labor that was going to be performed upon install. Jim was at my house the next day to measure the windows so they could be ordered. Greg told us that it would be approximately four to six weeks until they arrived. The windows and door came in right at four weeks. We were notified they were in by Chasity who set up our install two days later. Gabrial and his crew showed up promptly at the prescribed time on installation day. Gabrial explained the process for installation to a tee. They put down tarps inside and out to catch debris to make cleanup easier. The install went according to Gabrial’s explanation. They arrived at 8:00 am and left at approximately 3:30. They installed nine windows and a front entrance door with a storm door in that time frame. Gabrial and his crew worked as if they were working on their own homes.

In September, my wife and I purchased a 41 year old home with 18 original wooden windows. The previous owner had replaced some of them, but the remaining 18 original had zero insulation, were painted shut, the locks didn't work and some of the wooden sills were rotten. We had 16 windows and 3 ProVia doors installed today. We got great pricing and hassle free customer service. Greg actually came out to our house twice to help us to make the final decisions and answer all our questions. Chasity was in communication with us about setting up an install day and then confirming it as well! Day of install I was told the installers would be here by 8 or 9am. Gabriel showed up around 8 am to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerned and told me the other guys will be here shortly and they were here by 8:30. As soon as they arrived the work started by putting tarps down inside to protect floors! The installers were very professional and I could tell they took great pride in their work. They finished all work by 5pm and cleaned up everything very good! They asked me to do a walk around to be sure I was 100% satisfied and didn’t have any concerns or questions. I would highly recommend The Window Source Of The Carolina’s for anyone looking for windows and doors! We are really happy with the final results! Great Job!!!
