We had our windows replaced and worked with the Charleston, WV store. They are excellent. The installation team led by John was superb. They cleaned up all items, arrived in a timely manner, had a very organized plan for all installations. Would consider using them again if the need arises.

I wanted to purchase a strong and secure door. The full wooden doors with wooden finish were too expensive for me. The sales rep said they had cheaper wooden doors with a vinyl type finish, so I purchased them. When I received the doors and knocked on them they sounded funny. I looked it up and the doors were fiberglass. The doors looked fine, but upon further investigation fiberglass is not as secure as wood or metal, so the one thing I was looking for and made abundantly clear to the sales rep was overlooked.

The turnover rate at the South Charleston store is very high so you will not get a sales rep with any experience. I have dealt with three people in under 3 years.

We tried to work out a deal to swap for steel doors but he was unresponsive so I finally got in contact and just returned the doors. I went to return the doors because of the false claim and the sales rep returned them. When I asked for a receipt he said the paper work takes a while so I had him write up a refund and return slip. Long story short, the sales rep quit, Pella would not recognize the slip, and neither would my credit card company when I disputed the charge. This is my fault and I understand that for not securing a proper return slip. I just got back from picking the doors back up because my only next option was court but this process took so long I need something for my house under construction.

I do not recommend the South Charleston Pella store. I have dealt with Lowe's in the past and they are much better solution. They have more doors in the store to view than Pella also. Cross Lane Lowe's millwright desk has had the same guy there for the past 4 years that I have lived in town.

After an extensive search of local and out of state window company's I found this one and I am glad I did!

Very professional and knowledgeable about the window sales and process of installation.

I needed full frame replacement windows in an older house. I talked to all the major window dealers in Beckley and surrounding area and they were not willing to even consider doing the job.

I was told by one that I did not want to open that can of worms and I did not know what I was getting myself into. The others would not even return my call or give an estimate.

I would chose this company again and again! I am vert pleased with the whole process! It was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor!

Great experience purchasing windows for a new construction from Pella Windows & Doors of South Charleston. Brandon Williams was very kind, helpful, and patient. The price was comparable to Lowe’s and Home Depot, but unlike those stores, Pella Windows & Doors of South Charleston will deliver to my worksite which is a huge perk. Strongly recommend!
