**UPDATE AS OF 2/17/26**I’m updating my review to one star due to the predatory sales tactic this company uses. I still tie Drew 5 stars because he was excellent. However, the morning after he came to our house, in the span of 4 hours, my husband and I received a total of NINE phone calls between us from this office. The reason for so many calls? To schedule a “manager” to come out and give us “incredible discounts from the manufacturer” and ONLY the manager could come out and give it to us. Just to get them to stop calling we scheduled for the following Monday. We ended up cancelling the appointment because we just didn’t like the way they went about doing things. Guess who got a call an hour before the cancelled appointment time…me. Finally I had enough and told them if we decided to go with them we’d call them back. They were incredibly pushy and I don’t recommend using them, which really sucks for their salesman because he was fantastic.Drew was incredibly professional and knowledgeable when showing us our options for a bathroom remodel. He didn’t bad mouth any of the other companies out there and made sure we knew exactly the service and materials we’d be getting. If this is the kind of service we got just for a proposal, I can only imagine the labor portion being just as good if not better.
Andrew did a great job explaining the product, the process and the warranty. He was not a high pressure salesman but knew his products and was able to explain everything so well. Andy was very polite and was able show us the advantage of going with Sothern industries. We feel we have made a very good decisionOur projects, Windows and siding, are complete. Very happy with the results.

Noel was great - very informative. Showed up right on time and got straight to work. Answered all of my questions completely. Price quoted was very close to what I expected. Only didn’t commit because I have other quote visits scheduled and I also need condominium association approval prior to the work. Very well may be reaching back out to Noel to arrange the work - will let you know!
Andrew was a great representative for the company. He was 10 minutes early and very respectful of our home and time. His presentation was very informative and he was able to answer every question we came up with. Both Kirsten and I felt his knowledge of the product and process was spot on.
