We were very happy with New South, we got estimates from 4 different companies and while they were not the cheapest, we were most impressed by the quality of their windows. Installation was scheduled ( the windows have to made to fit your home) out about two months. We were notified two weeks before they were supposed to be installed. Their Installers were professional, quick (they were done in two days), The third day they had a couple of workers come and just do a final cleanup and make sure all the finishing was done properly. We are very impressed by the quality and service of the company.
We've looked at a lot of options for high impact replacement windows. After seeing the TV commercial we visited the Charleston showroom, where we met Breck. Today Breck came to the house and we looked at our options. There was no BS. We were quoted a turnkey cost which met our budget requirement without sacrificing our high standard for strength and quality. We look forward to the install.

Worst experience of my life. The install was supposed to take 1 and a half days but ended up taking a week because of the incompetent installers. We ended up spending money out of our pocket to repair the damage done by the installers, over $2500. I wouldn't recommend anyone use NewSouth Windows. Installers, customer service, and upper management are all horrible and will not help at all.
We have used New South Windows three times and absolutely love them. We purchased French doors and 15 windows thus far and plan to finish replacing the rest of our windows in the near future. We are extremely happy with the quality of the windows/door and the excellent customer service and expertise of the guys who came out to do the installations. David Nicksic is a stellar sales representative and made our purchase experience so smooth and easy. He is very helpful and pleasant to work with, and his follow up on all the installations has been wonderful. The installation crews are not only competent, they are very considerate and make the process less stressful. We have had several crews and all are great at what they do but our experience with Samuel in particular has been extremely pleasant. He always goes the extra mile to insure a quality job and offers additional suggestions and help with any other issues that he notices during the process. Again, we love the New South products and highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for good quality and great service.
