I unfortunately had a poor experience with Greenfox. The window trim quality on our doors is poor (photos attached), and our sales experience lead to style issues. This was a $8200 for two exterior doors. The sales person did not present all the customization options, but rather chose for us. Examples being door hinge colour, window trim style, and imprint design. Furthermore, the sales person did not present swatches, and we chose our door colour online. It turned out quite different than the electronic colour, which lead to further disappointment.LThe company continues to be difficult to deal with in terms of accountability and post-installation quality assessment. The customer service, while prompt, continues to deflect responsibility; which I find frustrating. I am waiting on coordinating a date for the window trim assessment. If this can be rectified, my review may change to 3 stars.Installation was excellent.
My partner and I were over the moon with how professional, efficient, and thorough Mike Denisuk and his partner were during the installation of our new doors. They went above and beyond to ensure all of our questions were answered and every detail was taken care of. Green Fox has been fantastic to deal with from the initial quote through delivery day. There’s no doubt it’s a team of incredibly kind people. We would recommend to anyone in the Calgary area who are looking to upgrade their windows or doors.
We had the best service with green fox windows. We ordered 3 windows and had them installed 2 days before Christmas which I thought might be a problem but the crew made it seamless. They also had an inspector come back in January to make sure there were no issues. I am so pleased with the quality and will look forward to future projects with Greenfox Windows & Doors.
We needed to replace an exterior steel door. Adam Z came to provide an estimate. I Aldo asked about some window replacements. Adam was very knowledgeable and spoke in a way that I could understand and not confusing terminology. Adam provided us with several quotes. While we ended up just doing the back door, I would not even think twice about using Green Fox windows when we do replace the windows based on the superior service from Adam.Adam did the installation with care and excellent clean up when complete.
