*Updated as they have now fixed our bedroom window that we had an issue with.*

We ordered 8 windows from this company. The guy who measured our windows did not measure the depths correctly and the guys who installed the windows complained the whole time about the new windows not fitting properly! The depths of the windows were different for almost every window. Some of them stick out an inch or two too far, some of them stick in too much into our stucco. We have 2 windows on the same wall and one has a 6 inch deep window sill and one has a 4 inch deep window sill and sticks into our stucco as it's two inches too short depth wise and it's been absolutely freezing in our room since the installation. It should have measured the same depth as the window below it on the same wall. They also ripped off pieces of our stucco when installing the windows and didn’t seal around them and left them like that for a few days in the middle of November until I complained and they finally came back to finish around the outsides as they had to fill in the stucco and put sealant around the windows. We have had 3 people look at the windows including a home inspector, another window company and a contractor and they all agreed they could have been measured and installed better. None of the windows are plumb, none are the right size or depth and had big gaps around them they had to fill with spary foam after the fact. The one window freezing our bedroom, I emailed the owner about replacing and it took a while but he finallly got back and they came back out and fixed the window today. They had to take out the window, replace the window jamb insert with a deeper one and install it back in so it's a better depth now.

I contact this company (best solution windows and doors) for an estimate and they were the best price I found. My wife and I had been in contact with Vasyl who is very knowledgeable, polite and respectful, in the end they came out and replace 8 windows in our house and let me tell you the windows were beautiful, the installers were very efficient, they were able to remove and replace all 8 windows in one day during winter just 3 guys which is crazy to me.
I would definitely recommend this company to any one. I would for sure do business with them again in the future. Thank you guys

Each team member, from Leon, to Lina, project manager, to Paul, chief financial officer, and Kate, general manager were all focused on customer satisfaction and delivered on every promise.
The installation team, lead by Sergey, included, Stan, Ruslan and Alec were very respectful of my home as jobsite, and were truly courteous, thoughtful throughout. Their work was highly professional, on time and their clean up was perfect.
Overall I rate this business as Top! They are a model for doing things right and I wish them every success!

We recently had nine exterior windows replaced by Best Solutions Windows and Doors, and the entire experience couldn’t have been better.

Our initial consultation was with Peter Umansky, who was down to earth, straightforward, and genuinely easy to deal with. Less than a week after signing the agreement, the pre-installation survey was completed—setting the tone for a smooth and stress-free process.

We signed the agreement at the end of August 2025, and by mid-October our new windows were fabricated, delivered and securely and professionally installed. The quality of work and attention to detail was excellent. In fact, one of the screens came with a slight tear in it and Alex, the lead installer, re-wired it without any fuss.

One of the big advantages for us is that Best Solutions is an Alberta-based company, with window production also right here in Alberta, unlike many competitors. On top of that, the pricing for our nine windows was very affordable compared to other companies we looked at.

My only disappointment is I see now they are offering a $400 Amazon gift card to new customers but overall, we’re extremely happy we chose Best Solutions and would gladly recommend them to others.
