We looked at several companies for a one piece rolling screen for our 6 foot non-standard sized French doors and chose wizard. They offered a screen that retracted fully into one side instead of meeting in the middle, unlike some other companies. The cassette that the screen retracts into has a very low profile and blends in very well with the frame. The whole unit seals very tightly so that bugs can’t get in Carmen in the showroom was very helpful and gave us lots of good advice and Charlie did an excellent job on the installation. Overall, we are very pleased with the product and the service and would highly recommend them.

I have an update. My neighbours all have fired up their a/c. I just leave my balcony door open and WIZARD and nature take care of my cooling system. Welcome to my balcony wizard. I will bet you can’t even see the wizard. Once I get the things planted I will show you a prettier view. This is my second wizard screen. I moved and now living in an apartment and realized I needed air coming in from my balcony, and not every mosquito and housefly joining in. I could not get a wizard last summer, they were run off their feet. So I struggled through the year with a magnetic screen door. It was better than nothing. But this spring I became a customer and now have a wizard at the entrance to my balcony. They arrived one day to measure everything. Then came back with the new retractable screen less than a week later. The wizard master, Chantel. keeps on top of everything and sets the schedules for the wizards to come to us to do their magic. Once I had it installed, she contacted me to be sure I was happy with everything. I was. Especially when the Wizard came back to make sure I would not trip over anything. I am visually impaired so they made sure nothing would cause me to fall.So here’s what I have. Maybe not profound to you, but I wonder if you can even see the screen in this photo. The screens are so fine and yet so amazing at air flow you can’t even see them. Best of all. Wizard is all Canadian. ??????Be sure to look at their website and all of the beautiful photos of where they’ve installed their products. So when you compare those gorgeous photos with the sad little picture that I’ve contributed imagine just how wonderful this whole crew is. They have treated me like I was one of those people that put in thousands of dollars on products from their business. That is excellent customer service I’d say. And if they will be busy again, but I’d suggest you take whenever they can fit you in. Even if it’s late fall. You’ll be ahead of spring people,trying next year.
