This company used the quality products we chose, and after it was delivered, they installed the vinyl siding in less than a week! The crew’s long experience doing this type of work was obvious. They took the old cedar shingles in a few hours, and installed the house wrap right away. One- inch insulation panels and the siding was installed in the following days. The manager and crew cleaned up all debris and nails the last day before leaving. Im very happy with the job!

Preference Construction replaced my roof and did some siding fixes for me within the last a few weeks. They are very easy to work with, friendly, and they deliver what they promised.When I asked for roof replacement quotes, Steven and Fabian showed up the same day, gave me a quote that nobody else can beat—I compared it with 3 other quotes. The minute I gave them the go-ahead, they showed up and did the roof replacement in two weeks.Since they did such a good job, I ended up having them help me to fix some of my siding issues. Again, very reasonable quote, during the work, they identified that one of my windows was leaking at the bottom, and the water leaked into the siding, and that was why I got some small water leak in the basement during heavy rains. They ended up pulling out all the siding, plywood and insulation below the window on that side of the wall, replaced them with new materials, then only charged me with small increase from the original quote.I would definitely recommend them to my friends, and hire them for future home projects!
