We ordered 20 windows from window world and unfortunately we’re not very happy with the way they came out. They really damaged the plaster around the window windows and did a very sloppy job repairing it, there are nail holes all over the window frames and a couple of uneven pieces of wood (all “new construction windows, not our old trim). They also left a Giant bush they hacked down all over our lawn and did not clean up after themselves Leaving paint and broken pieces of window all over the outside of our house. They also Used our indoor porch as their workshop (without asking) and left sawdust everywhere, broke a pan of glass on our porch, and got sawdust all in our indoor plants, killing them. Would definitely not recommend!

The installation crew worked very hard and were professional, dedicated, and efficient. The installation went smoothly and was very successful. We are extremely happy with our experience with Window World and highly recommend them.
We used Window World of Boston for our Windows, Doors & Siding. After shopping around we went with WW because they were competitive and their sales approach wasn’t pushy. The Window/Door installers were neat, polite and accommodating. They really took the time to do things right and delivered a result that only someone who takes pride in their work could produce. I would definitely recommend them and will likely use them for other projects.

Very nice windows, sales rep not pushy, and a good price. Installers very neat and explained what they were doing and why. Overall a great experience. Windows were for a 3 season room with very large openings.
