The installers, Elvis and his brother, were the most professional, courteous, and respectful men that have EVER done any work for me. I have always been very dissatisfied with the quality of the work that had previously been done on my house by other contractors and I was hesitant to have this work done. Needless to say I am exceedingly pleased with Elvis and his brother’s work ethic and quality of the installation. They cleaned up as they worked and never left anything unfinished or cluttered. I am impressed with the whole installation start to finish and that has never happened before in my experience dealing with other contractors. And I am also very happy with the quality of the 11 windows and 2 sliding doors that Window World installed in my home in just 2 days.
Great experience with Elvis and Gustavo as installers. Excellent finish work since these were new construction windows and sills and molding needed replacing. Extremely clean and courteous. 2nd time using Window World and this installation was the best.
Window world made replacing windows in our 40 year old home easy and budget friendly. The windows replaced were original and were overdue to be replaced. There was an issue at the install and window world correct it quickly and no additional expense to us. We were also able to take advantage of the no interest 15 month payment plan. We highly recommend including window world for quoting when replacing your windows.
Luz and his team did a phenomenal job! They were so kind ( especially when my dog was less than happy to have strangers in the house), they installed everything beautifully ( this is a huge upgrade for me) and made sure that baseboards and caulking was on point. They also cleaned up debris and made sure I know how everything works and how to clean my new windows. Great service, 5 out of 5!
