Brian Reaney on Window Working

I had a large 56 by 44 inch window that would not stay open.
I called Gregg, from Window Working to see if it could be fixed or if I’d needed to replace the expensive window which I had been told I’d need to replace by two other company’s.
Not only was Gregg able to fix the broken window. He fixed for way less than I was expecting.
He was professional and gentleman. I could not recommend him more to anyone who needs a window fixed.

I had a tempered double hung bathroom window needing repair. Greg came out and took a look, gave me a quote then and there. Certainly much less than replacing the entire window. Took my window panes and came back a week later, installed it. Straight forward, easy, no demolition. Apparently has a focus on historical windows too. Would recommend!

Greg is wonderful. Lovely, communicative. He came to do a very simple window repair. Needed a part so left. Contacted me a couple weeks later to come by when he had the part. It was quick and felt very reasonably priced. I feel like no one wants to repair windows, just replace them. So grateful Greg was able to help.

After the top sash of my double hung window lost its seal it began to oxidize and cloud up. Someone told me that you can actually get that fixed. So I started scrolling through Google looking for such a place and came across Window Working.
Reached out and Greg promptly responded. He then came to my house and removed the top sash and took it to repair. Had it back in just a little over a week looking good as new! Thanks Greg you were a pleasure to do business with!

Review by Jay & Kathleen in Boston, MA
It was great to work with Greg. He refurbished our historical windows located in Back Bay, Boston, MA. He is very knowledgeable. He is highly skilled and a true craftsman. His workmanship is truly amazing, an artist. The windows look beautiful. The windows work and look as if they are brand new. He is very affordable and the price to refurbish each window and replace the broken parts is very reasonable and competitive compared to other window restoration companies around the Boston area. Greg is super responsive and reliable despite his very busy schedule. We highly recommend Greg. Excellent work. Thank you, Greg.
