We recently worked with Window Nation and had the pleasure of meeting their sales representative, John Pitro, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the very beginning, it was clear that this wasn’t going to be a transactional, high-pressure sales appointment. John took the time to genuinely get to know us and understand our specific needs, preferences, and concerns. He listened carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure he fully understood what we were looking for before offering recommendations.John was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He walked us through all the options in detail, clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. His warm and friendly demeanor made the conversation comfortable and easy, and we felt confident that he truly had our best interests in mind.Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. If you’re considering new windows and want someone who is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about your needs, we highly recommend asking for John.
My husband & myself had the worst experience with window nation. Started out with the salesman Joe who-ordered replacement windows with no sashes we’re not young so we would have to open the window from the center so ridiculous then I ordered front storm door, Joe once again ordered a half view door with a wooden front door. It should have been a full view door. Well, I reordered the door Chuck Olson had a conversation with my husband and myself on Dec 24 2025 said because of the error he would deduct 207.00 on the new storm door. We agreed, now today which is Feb 26 he doesn’t remember the conversation. So no compensation was given. Doug Whois the installation manager got involved finally after my husband called several times to have these 4 windows installed. They’re suppose to install them today. Feb 26. These windows were half installed in October 2025. The service is absolutely terrible. I contacted the finance company and filed a dispute, that only reason half the new windows with Sashes were installed. Please if you’re smart stay away from window nation. I called the Branch Manager Thomas Hodgkins a few times he never returned my call. The salesman Joe Najar was absolutely no help he didn’t stand behind me or the product he ordered. Chuck Olson doesn’t stand behind his word who is exterior design specialist. Doug from window nation after all this time, told me it was a warranty problem. This is an installation problem they installed the incorrect windows.I hope this will save you some time when shopping for new windows. Terrible service and promises you compensation then backs down! Thank you Window for aggravation and terrible service. Friends of ours were going to get a quote for 30 windows they have a very large home, I’m so happy they listened and didn’t consider Window Nation !
We had a great experience at Window Nation. Our salesman Joe was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our windows were installed this past Saturday. the installers arrived on time, they were curtious, professional and did an outstanding job. The job was complete in a day they also did an amazing job cleaning up. We were missing some screens, but that was resolved instantly. We were very impressed with our overall experience and would highly recommend Window Nation to our family & friends!
Micky our sales representative was by far the best! Great guy, we talked through what I needed & what I shouldn’t waste my money on. He had great discounts for me, good enough for me to cancel the other competitors that were coming out that week. They did an amazing job, very clean work. Even my town inspector was very impressed. Highly recommended!!
I love my new windows! The whole process from the first visit to installation was a very pleasant experience. I want to mention that the installation team went above and beyond to make sure that I don't winter without windows as there was a hiccup that no one expected - when they removed the previous windows they discovered an older frame that was left embedded into the walls with the old glass still sticking out of it. The new windows wouldn't fit with that old frame being there so the installation crew cut it out of the walls put new windows in and sealed it all nice and tight.Would use them again sometime in the future to replace the rest of my windows.
