I picked up a business card for Boston Doors and Windows at a home show, so glad I did! I wanted a quote to replace 8 old vinyl windows. Joe responded promptly to my online request, provided a very fair and competitive quote, and had my windows ready to install when promised.The crew of two showed up right on time on the scheduled date and were able to complete the job by the end of the day. They took great care to cover everything in plastic and left each room as neat as when they started. I cannot say enough great things about Joe and his team. From day one Joe was very professional, punctual and responsive. Windows were over 60 years old and had to be replaced asap! Joe explained the whole process from start to finish and also provided recommendations for external trim - game changer! His pricing was consistent if not a tad cheaper than six other quotes I got. His crew covered everything with plastic (Dexter vibes) to make sure furniture did not get damaged. They also cleaned every day before leaving, not just my unit but also neighbors windows and the street - wow! I could not recommend Boston Doors and Windows more! This was my first “big project” experience and I could not be happier! Thank you thank you thank you!
Joe is very professional, appointments kept on time, even had the Marvin window rep come and measure the window since it was a custom window replacement. His staff (and I mean staff of professionals) worked diligently to complete the job in 2 days. Can't say enough good things about this company. If you are replacing windows I would give Joe a call especially since he works with multiple quality brands and and you're not stuck with the company's product.
