We were very happy with the whole process from start to finish and the Andersen windows look magnificent and helped transform our house into a lovely updated home.
We are happy with the Marvin windows we purchased but the install was not what we expected. Caulking and staining were messy, I still can't get finger prints of the casing. We chose them over competitors because they came recommended, can't say I would do the same.
I believe from what I heard Wood Windows used to be a high-quality, great service company, but over the years their service and products have slipped. We paid over $30,000 to replace all the windows in our north and home and had to have real wood replacements because we’re in the historic district. Their measuring team was in adequate and one foreman in particular seemed very incompetent. A Window that did not need replacement was removed and Had to be reinstalled. Another window that was ordered was completely wrong, and I had a lot of issues with brand new windows arriving and installed scuffed up and dirty looking. It’s the last thing you want to see when you pay that much for a house full of New windows. Our kitchen window was and still is extremely difficult to open even though they came out to replace it once. I brought my concerns up to their team numerous times and sent them photos with no resolution. I do not recommend Wood Windows as a company for your window replacements.
