Just had 2 windows replaced, smooth process from consultation appt with Tobias to finished job. Megan was great at keeping us informed schedule installation date. Bill S, was out installer and he was great! professional and friendly. Walked us through how our new windows work. Very clean inside and outside after work was complete.
Bill Sevey, Bob Heimark and Jake Teveschenko were my installers. They arrived promptly and finished in the amount of time stated. They were very meticulous in making sure the door was properly installed! They were not satisfied with the way the trim fit, so took it down and installed to their specifications.The door is lovely and very secure. I'm very glad I made this purchase
Our installers, Brian Benson and Stephen Avey were EXCELLENT! They came to Baker City from Boise, texted us their ETA, and arrived at that time. They were very experienced, set up everything, and worked diligently on our new sliding glass door. They were friendly and personable, answering all our questions, and explained everything about the new door extremely well. We couldn't be happier with our new door! It was a bit on the high side of our budget, but to have no more drafts coming into thehouse, and the longevity of the warranty makes it worth it. We hope to replace the windows as our budget allows!
Our installers are the best in the company as far as we are concerned. They are professional. They treat our home with such great care covering and sealing off the area they are working in so no dust gets in your house. Earlier they installed windows in our home and we requested to have Anthony V. Miguel C. and Drake B. To come and install our new front door. We were impressed with quality of our windows but even more impressed with the quality of the new door. Thank you to our designer, Wes for helping us choose the right color.
