January seemed like a cold time to have windows installed; however, the installation process worked so well that we hardly knew it was winter. The process of ordering and installing windows worked smoothly.We replaced the 28-year-old windows. After installation, we could no longer hear the train a mile away or the next- door neighbors’ vehicles. The temperature was better regulated in the home.The Marketing Director (Ricardo) was great. He listened to our discussion and was very knowledgeable in window work. The financing for 16 new windows and 1 sliding door was easy and worked well with Synchrony.The Project Manager came and validated the window order and measurements. He also answered all our questions and left us with exact details on owners’ responsibilities during the installation. Later the Project Manager called to let us know our windows had arrived and set up a time for installation that met our needs in the timeframe of the installers.The installers (Aaron and Crew) were courteous and respectful. They arrived as scheduled. They were not pushy or bothersome. They performed the work quickly, excellent teamwork! They were professional in all aspects of the removal and installation processes. They cleaned up while they were taking out the old windows and installing the new windows. They washed each new window until it gleamed.We also had a new sliding door installed. We were super impressed by how quickly they got it up to the balcony and installed it. We are very happy with this cool new balcony door!At the end of the installation, Al, the Operations Manager, walked through the project and ensured every aspect of the new windows was explained to us. He emailed us a manual to explain the window warranty process.These men were kind! They answered all our questions when we asked and never made us feel we were interrupting them. We were so comfortable with them working in our home. What a pleasure it is to have new windows.
We had a great experience with Performance Windows. We have been interested in updating the windows in our 20+ year old home for a few years now, and Performance Windows was cheaper than the competition. And they do so without forsaking quality.We love their "Inspector Gadget" windows, which are so much easier to clean. The sliding glass doors are also much easier than the old ones to open and close. We did have to learn how to operate them since it was nothing like our old windows, but they had a member of their team come at a time convenient for our family to quickly show us how to operate them, which literally took seconds to a couple of minutes. They had our windows replaced within a day and a half total, minimizing construction disruption to our busy household.Furthermore, when the wrong size window was ordered the first time, they took care of everything. They stood behind their promises (whether written or verbal) and went out of their way to communicate well with my husband throughout the process. I appreciated that a lot, that this company went out of their way to do the right thing and communicate well all around. We would highly recommend Performance Windows to anyone looking to make the update.
