The installation was excellent. Eric and Ranaldo did an amazing job. They left everything very clean and organized, explained everything clearly, and completed the entire installation in just one day. My husband and I are very happy we went with Window World! Our 10 windows were installed yesterday by Jonathan and George and they did a wonderful job! They were friendly, polite and efficient! Our old 1950s house needed a complete replacement of windows and doors. We met with several companies with varying results and didn’t know who to trust. Luckily, we found Window World. Our sales consultant was incredibly helpful and patient with changes we wanted to make after our initial meeting. A variety of funding options were offered. The in-house Operations Manager was communicative and concerned with getting things right. The installers were true craftsmen, fitting the windows and doors expertly into our crooked house and diligently sealing and trimming out everything on the outside. The windows themselves have great insulation values and our house is so much quieter, solid, and holding the heat/cooling so much better. The quality of the windows and doors seem terrific so far. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Window World.
Great experience, no pressure from salesman and installation was quick. The crew cleaned up everything and took the old windows with them. Installers were very professional and work was completed in a few hours. Very satisfied all the way around. We will likely be coming back to them when we are ready for our new back door.
