My review is based on the sales process. The installation date is ten to twelve weeks away. I’ll update this review after the windows are installed and every thing is finalized.WeatherMaster’s sales process was pleasant. Our sales rep, Kenny, was friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Unlike other companies, WeatherMaster avoided long sales presentations, phony sales, BOGO offers, and “sign today for the best price” tactics.We’ve owned many homes and done many renovations, so we’re highly educated buyers. If a company offers “sign today for the best price” or “buy one get one free,” run from them. These are old-school high-pressure sales techniques.WeatherMaster treats customers with respect. They don’t use gimmicks or inflated prices, then offer large discounts. We interviewed three window companies and explained that we’d only be in our house for eight years or less. Kenny recommended a mid-grade window, the Vytex Fortis window.WeatherMaster’s proposal was detailed. It included every window as a line item, with measurements, options, brands and types of caulk, sealant, and window capping. None of the other companies did this.The agreement was very detailed once we ordered the windows.We liked the company, Kenny, the Vytex Fortis windows, and the exceptional detail of the proposal. WeatherMaster seems to have well-thought-out, detailed systems in place for each sales process phase.The windows will be installed in May or June. I’ll update my review then. For the initial sales process, the products, and the prices, we were quite pleased with WeatherMaster and would highly recommend them
Got two new windows and capping/trim all around my town house. Kenny made the whole process super smooth and easy. He was always available to communicate through phone/text whenever I had questions and checked in throughout the process. The price was fantastic - I got 5 different quotes and this was the lowest - less than HALF of some of the companies I talked to for the same windows. Only issue was the time - the window installers had the wrong caulk and had to come back to do the siding at a later date. Even so, they were able to do the siding while I was at work, so it really wasn’t an issue. Finished product looks fantastic and the windows are already making the house so much warmer.
On March 2, I requested a price quote for a custom storm door. By the end of the day, I received a detailed virtural proposal fully describing the product I wanted and including a price. Also, when I had follow up questions, I received prompt replies to my messages. I worked with Kenny Leutner who understood my needs, was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.
I received a quote for window replacement from Kenny. He was friendly, efficient, and punctual. No high pressure like some other home improvement companies employ with limited time pricing and scare tactics. He gave plenty of time for me to ask questions and gave honest answers. I had the quote within a few hours after he left with no pressure to respond immediately.
Review for window assessment and estimate before installation. Kenny was extremely professional and knew the different window products and sliding glass doors well and was very informative. The process for getting the estimate was seamless with Debbie taking down my information and Kenny coming by the house a few days later. Kenny is dedicated and has great communication working over the weekend to get my estimate and contract done. Thank you Kenny for spending so much time with me going through the windows and options! Their price was competitive. Weather Master has an excellent reputation and I look forward to the installation process. Overall this has been an excellent experience.
