Darrell did a great job walking me through the process of buying Pella widows. He gave me lots of options and we finally settled on something that I am really pleased with. I highly recommend Pella and Darrell.
I had a door replaced on February 10th. The door is beautiful however the Schlage lock with keypad is inoperable. The installers cut the cord to the lock and it will not open the deadbolt. I have had an inoperable door for weeks and have called 3x to have it fixed. Someone came out only after I had to escalate on the day of as they tried to cancel as they were finishing a job elsewhere and didn’t want to show up. Since then it still has not been fixed and I am calling every other day. There is a complete disconnect on the service of the installers and the management. I have an expensive door that won’t open or lock properly. The lock can be ordered online and get here in 2 days yet I was told another month before it could be fixed. I would never purchase from Pella again.

From the beginning, Matt was knowledgeable, professional, and patient, taking the time to explain the different window options and helping me choose what best fit my home and budget. The team at Pella delivered high-quality products that noticeably improved both the appearance and energy efficiency of my house. The installation was smooth, timely, and handled with care, and any questions I had were answered quickly. I had 3 exterior doors replaced on my townhouse with Pella. The process of engaging Darrell Pope to quote the project was very easy. Doors are not inexpensive, but I do feel there was some solid value with what I ordered from Pella.Great communication throughout the process. After my order was submitted, Pella coordinated the installation for about 9 weeks out. The installation date was confirmed the week before and I was told what to expect during the install.Day of installation went really well with 2 minor hiccups. 1 was some trim needed to be painted after installation. This turned out to be a very minor thing and the install team took care of this easily. There was also a missing piece of trim on a sliding glass door where the screen door locks. The Pella team quickly identified what needed to be done to fix this and has since coordinated the install of the missing piece.As I said early in this review....doors are expensive. With that said, I am happy with my Pella purchase. Love the product and very much enjoyed working with Darrell and the entire Pella team.
Just wanted to say it was a pleasure working with Matthew Davidson on two occasions over the past year for an entry door and French patio doors. Very knowledgeable of the products and showed a willingness and caring effort to make sure I was a very satisfied client. I will certainly approach Matt in the future for any future project.
