However, I had a wonderful experience with Bel Air Window and Door and now I see why the 5 stars! The owner Mike is honest and knowledgeable. Sabastion and his crew were meticulous, professional and worked nonstop. The install was fast even with snow / ice on the ground. They have a beautiful showroom in Fallston. Kim in the office is so kind and pays attention to detail. If you need windows or sliders, this is your place! I had 5 other estimates, and I am so happy that I picked this place!

I recently downsized to a condo unit on the 3rd floor. The old original windows did not tilt in. There were years of stain, wear and tear. I needed to use both hands to open the windows. They also were not very energy efficient. Time for new windows for sure.Mike was recommended to me by a company working on the condo siding. Mike, Kim and the installers were wonderful. They installed 9 windows and new French doors to my balcony in one (long) day. The installers were very friendly and definitely knowledgeable in window/door installation. I did have to wait for a double closable screen for the doors, that installation went smooth also. I would highly recommend Mike's company to anyone who needs new windows.It is so great to be able to open my windows with one hand instead of two.My thanks to all involved in this project!
