This was the best experience we’ve had with any contractor. Starting with Jose, our salesman who sold us on Window World. Not pushy, didn’t bad mouth the competitors, very professional and polite. The installation crew was so efficient. All of them knew what to do and how to do it. Bruce, awesome leader, led the effort, making sure we knew what was going on. The installers are all employed by the company, all seemed happy and like what they do. 5 1/2 hours to install 14 windows. Very impressive. The windows are beautiful. They even sealed around the trim. I highly recommend this company. They invest in their people and it shows.
After a few hiccups, Window world came through! There were some bumps in the road on installation day so we had to reschedule for the following day and that almost didn’t happen either, but Braden and Hector were very instrumental in getting their crew out to my house and installing all my windows without any problems. This was the second crew sent to do the job and they were very professional and efficient. Big thanks to Jair and his crew for getting the job done so quickly and working with my contractor to make sure everything was done correctly. I appreciate everyone at Window World for their great customer service and a huge thanks to Kathy for listening to me and taking the heat for the unexpected delays. The buying process was fine but the actual installation was not. The men that installed my windows left shoe prints and glass behind. I didn’t realize how bad they damaged the outside until later that day. It’s been a few months now and the windows themselves are great but I am having to hire someone to fix what was damaged. Looking back I may have been a little too trusting and not asked enough questions but lesson learned.
Initially, we were unhappy with the results. Some drywall had been patched, some holes had been filled with silicone, & other spots were just left damaged. Our arch window was lumpy and the install team said that was the best they could do because the frame was damaged?Window world has since come back out to fix the drywall issues. The arch window looks so much better now. Thank you Hector & Eddie!
From the initial walkthrough, the follow up and communication regarding install, the install itself and the beauty/functionality of the windows, we are extremely impressed. We interviewed 2 other window installers and the expertise and knowledge of Window World was by far better (for example knowing which ones needed to be tempered glass). The estimate and walkthrough was performed by Shaun (sp?) who has 15+ years of experience at WW and the lead installer has been with the company 9 yrs. Comparably the others we interviewed had been with their company 6 and 9 months which tells me Window World treats and pays their employees fairly, which matters to me.
