The crew of Edwin/Jason installers were AMAZING! Showed up on time with a crew of about 5 guys all in professional attire, friendly and just WORKED. They got everything done in 2 hours and left everything spotless. I recommend Window World hands down. They now have done my entire townhome and I have lifetime warranty with them. The entire experience with new windows with Window World was made easier by the sales representative Paul Salazar. He was so helpful at suggesting color and design choices, especially for areas where new construction was occurring and new windows and doors had to be made for spaces that didn’t exist yet. Windows were delivered on time and the installation team were great. They cleaned up and hauled off old windows as well. Additional caulking had to be done on separate date and service was no problem. One very large window had to be changed out months later and again, customer service was amazing in getting the replacement window installed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Paul Salazar to help you decide on your choices, pricing and get your order in. My house is warmer, quieter from outside noise and I love having the screens (included) so I can open the windows! I chose the powder coated black windows to set off colors in the red brick and just love how they turned out!
We had to replace a very large custom window at our home. They were very responsive from Sales person to installation staff including front office folks. Always picked up phone and provided with meaningful information about our window installation. It took almost two and half months from initial order to install due to the custom nature of our window and had to reschedule few times mainly due to weather. But, their installation staff has done great job not only with actual install but cleaned up so well as if it never happened. Their staff led by Wesley Borges were very professional and talented. I am super happy with this company and I would highly recommend them.
Antonio and his team did an AMAZING job installing the bay window in my kitchen! All done in one day and they cleaned up after themselves. Very polite and professional. It has made a HUGE difference in my kitchen!
The process of replacing a large kitchen plate glass window was awesome. The rep (Bobby Duley) was great! He explained and no high pressure. Walked us through options and how things would be done. And they were a better price and had a faster response time to contacting us than other competitors. Can't express how pleasant that experience went. And instead of an 8 week install, we got it done in 1 month. The install guys were also great! They were very respectful of our house and did an unbelievably great install. Absolutely perfect done to the chalking job. Just PRISTINE! Highly recommend using Window World!
