We live in an older house and if I’d known how much of a difference it would make to replace the windows, I would’ve done it sooner. A couple of the big national companies came over, used high pressure sales techniques, and I thought they’d never leave.Then we met with MWT Windows. They were straight-forward, no-pressure, knowledgeable, and respectful. We chose our windows and had them installed on a schedule that suited us. The installation was flawless. The team worked quickly, were professional and left everything perfect.We knew our new windows would give the house a fresh look, and we could immediately appreciate the difference in insulation. No more cold air leaking through! The heater didn’t come on as often and the temps throughout the house stabilized. The biggest surprise was how much the new windows shielded us from noise. We live in a busy Atlanta area “village” with plenty of traffic, trains, and events. I think the windows cut the outside ambient noise in half, at least. We can even lower the volume on our TV without all the competitive hum coming from outside.Also, one of the magnolia limbs fell against my office window during an ice storm. The window’s fine, but it tore the screen. Their guarantee covers that. Look at the guarantee. I was surprised at how much it covers & they’re good for it.

Checked out several companies before choosing to proceed with MWT (met w/salesmen, evaluated products, read reviews, compared quotes)...glad we went with MWT.Team: Aaron and Marc were very helpful and patient as window selections were made. The installation team was professional and efficient (Dan, Mike, Chris, Christian). They installed 22 windows without leaving anything broken or a mess in less than a day! We have interior shutters throughout and I was worried about them getting damaged. No damage and they didn't even have to remove them.Product: We chose Omni series and LoE2 glass package. Usually the glass package comes with LoE3 which is better for efficiency. Since we were coming from single pane, we wanted to ensure we would have maximum brightness like we had with those, and no chance for wavy glass like we sometimes see in new windows. They were flexible and let us get LoE2. We also didn't want to look through grids anymore so chose gridless. Love the outcome!A+ for MWT!

MWT Windows is the company to use! We got all 16 windows replaced in our home. We were told it would be 3 - 4 months timeframe for the windows to be manufactured. Ben Tompkins at the office kept up updated all along. We opted for black paneless windows with full screens. The quality is awesome! The price was competitive with those national companies who give you a high pressure sales pitch. The process was pleasant from start to finish. Totally changed the look of our home.
