We were overjoyed with our results. The new windows gave our home an entirely different look. We loved the outcome. Andy, Alex and Eli were very professional with the work they did. Certainly would recommend them for their work and would definitely recommend Windows USA for the finished products. The windows are beautiful and provide a whole new level of functionality. We had just completed a new paint job outside and the color of the windows matched perfectly. Both bottom and top sections open for easy cleaning and they provide the ability to lock them slightly open for air circulation! They all come with screens that can be easily removed if you desire to use them without - which is what we decided to do. If you are considering new windows for you home we definitely would recommend checking out Windows USA.
After over 18 months since Windows USA did a 32-window install at my home, my energy bill is higher. It was very modest before I "upgraded" my windows. A Windows USA representative told me the windows need time to acclimate. Another told me it could take 6-7 years before I see a difference in my utilities. Alex, the salesperson told me the trim around my windows would be replaced because it was included in the price. That piqued my interest. She said my new windows would be beautiful & there'd be a dramatic difference in my utilities. She didn't tell me the windows won't keep heat out when it's hot or keep it in when it's cold outside. Her demonstration was very deceptive. After she gave me a huge quote, I told her I wasn't comfortable with it. She called her boss to get me a "better" deal. He gave a one time only offer to take a few thousand dollars off the price if I agreed to sign a contract before Alex left my home. In retrospect, Alex didn't sign any documents proving I would get the service she promised. I signed it, but I cancelled it before 3 days had passed. But someone from Windows USA kept calling me trying to get me to choose them. The price was dropped by well over $10k, with the same warranty. When the work was scheduled, I was told the work would take 3 days. The work crew was late; they had driven for hours to get to my home. It was very hot that day, upper 90's. The workers took all the windows off the front of my house at once instead of 1 or 2. They did the same when they did the ends & the back side. It looked like it was under construction. I had to turn off my air & go to my basement. There was a language barrier; though I was angry I had to let my neighbors see this. When I pointed out the trim not being replaced, the foreman let me know they didn't do that. When I contacted Windows USA, I was told no matter what Alex said, they don't include trim. The men were not tidy; in fact they damaged 2 marble window sills. They left footprints on my off-white carpet, vinyl scraps lying around & smudges on my walls. They put a different style window with my sunroom windows. They didn't leave until after 11:00 p. m. the 1st day because they crammed 3 days work into 1!! The foreman had to return to correct some of the errors. I don't recommend Windows USA at all. My finished windows look more like an unfinished d-i-y project. I'm disappointed when guests ask who did my windows. To any potential buyers, instead of signing everything shoved in front of you, make sure the salesperson signs an agreement too, to guarantee you're getting what you were promised. I've included a sample of the trim I was convinced would be replaced. I really should have chosen a more reputable company. I'll have to hire someone to do the trim once I pay off the windows loan.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the windows and was able to answer all of my questions about replacing my windows that were over 100 years old. The installer was the best; professional, prompt, and did an amazing job of installing all of my windows and made sure they were all working before he left. The windows look great and it is so nice to be able to open all of my windows now.
I had my windows installed two weeks ago. I am beyond happy! I've had several companies do their in home pitch over the past three years.Anderson - great product but "only billionaires can afford it."Other vinyl window manufacturers - their prices were great but you get what you pay for...meaning they had limited colors, they had weak frames, I was not convinced.Windows USA - they seem to be the only company with double hung windows. That is all they do (besides picture - non opening). This made the frame sturdier. With my home and Texas soil that swells in the rain and shrinks in the drought, I needed a sturdy frame. The windows have a custom look and feel to them and work effortlessly. Installation was done with care and professionalism. The metal cladding really adds to the custom (high end) look. Now any company can look good after two weeks when everything goes right. But how do they do when there is a mishap? We had strong winds on the day of my Installation. Three units were leaning against my fence for half the day with no issues. However, once two of those windows were installed, the wind picked up and blew the unit over and one pane of glass shattered. The installer explained the situation with the company, installed the unit with a temporary piece of plywood and secured it and dressed it like it had a pane of glass in it. The company had me on the schedule within an hour and my new window is to be installed this Sunday. Two weeks to get it resolved. Some companies would have only replaced the broken pane...but these guys are replacing the whole unit without a question. Life happens, accidents happen, I now see how Windows USA does business and it just reinforces my initial impressions overall.Highly recommend.Southlake, TX
