Earlier I gave a 5 star review on Window Nation's platform, strictly of their salesperson, Ben, as they had asked me to do (for immediate discount). After thoroughly reading through the contract (that of course in a high-stakes sales pitch, you sign without fully reading), and other reviews, we will be canceling within our cancelation period. While the price was exactly what we needed, what the salesperson said differs from items explicitly stated in our contract. I have been unable to get ahold of the services/warranty department to ask for the manufacturer warranty documents to review (either got a busy tone, or when I found the "real" number listed in my contract, got a creepy AI assistant pretending to be a person), which seems to suppport the poor reviews stating issues were not resolved under warranty or that they could not get anyone out to them. I would love for the positive reviews to be true, however, I'm assuming the positive ones are for discounts, and unfortunately, they seem too good to be true. We learned of Window Nation in Grand Prairie at the Fort Worth Home and Garden Show where we entered to win their 25k drawing (not done until December), and signed up for a free in-home consult as we were told that prices were good for one year. That is only on the "retail price" of the windows-- not the heavily discounted price that expires when the salesman leaves. If you are considering using them, please read your contract fully before signing, ask for all applicable paperwork, and be extra aware of what it takes to cancel within your 3-day period. I will be both mailing and hand-delivering my cancellation notice to their office. Should that attempt end poorly, I will update, and include additional reviews on other platforms, including the BBB (reviews are less than 3 stars there, just FYI). If their installed windows turn out great at the price point you need, then wonderful, but that was not a risk we could afford to take. I hope this helps another homeowner make an informed decision. Also, in case you need the reminding, as I did, as the homeowner, no one has the right to tell you when you need to decide to do the work, just because they're promising a great price.
Marvin and his crew did an awesome job replacing and installing our new windows. They took there time and throughout the process was very respectful and answered all our questions. We thought we had an issue with one of the window and they came back and remedy thr situation. We're so thankful for all their work. Definitely, an asset to Windows Nation. Excellent work.
The whole process of sales, selection, approval & installation was seamless & the product is awesome quality. The crew installed all 46 windows in one day, clean & well structured process. I love the look of the new windows now & hope the house value has gone up ??
