I got a sliding glass door replaced in the fall. Everyone was kind and professional, from the person that answered the phone, to the person that came out to look at the glass for an assessment, to the person that came out to do the replacement. They all answered questions patiently and didn’t rush me when I was deciding what I wanted to order for the replacement. They also brought out a Shop Vac to make sure there weren’t any glass pieces left from the old door that had started breaking. During the winter, the window did not have a major amount of sweating or indoor ice/ condensation. The sliding feature works great and it’s sturdy. There was a bit of time I had to wait to get the work done because they are very busy, but they managed to work me into the schedule, communicated before arriving, were extremely professional and worked quickly. I highly recommend this group for window work.
The whole staff was wonderful to work with during this process. They helped me choose the best design for my custom shower glass and did an excellent job measuring and installing it. The glass was locally sourced and cut with a fast turnaround. 10/10
Was in a rush for a housing inspection. Alise was incredibly helpful was able to recognize my Hardware based upon a texted picture. Had everything in stock turned me around quickly. Great vendor, I will be back for all of my replacement glass and Hardware needs
Did a partial bathroom remodel on an older home. Replacement Glass put in a large mirror and the glass on a walk-in shower. Did a beautiful job from start to finish. An unavoidable scheduling snafu due to a power outage was handled to my satisfaction. All office staff and installers were wonderful to work with. I would call Replacement Glass in the future for any project needs.
