This is our 3rd or 4th time using Neighbors and the crew was great as usual. The only little hang up was that the wrong jamb dimensions were precut which I painted ahead of time. Not a huge deal but the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Otherwise, we love the crews and will continue using Neighbors for that reason. The crews have always been efficient and accommodating to our concerns and questions.
They helped me come up with an economical solution for my windows. Installation of my new glass was quick and easy. Customer service was responsive. I'm very happy with the outcome.
I loved my experience with Neighbors Windows and Doors! Their sales/estimation team was wonderful and I got really good and honest vibes from them from the start. They could have talked me into a very expensive glass door replacement, but they were honest about the needs of the situation and didn’t pressure me at all which I really appreciate. I have a fourth floor troublesome access home/condo so yes, it was very expensive but that is no fault of the company! The wait time for a window install installation was also quite long but again that is a supply chain/delivery issue and I really appreciate the company for being honest and upfront about timelines. If you have a need for new windows call as early as you can to get in the queue with this wonderful company :D Thanks Neighbors!!
Extremely happy with start to finish these guys are top notch I had a door installed in the winter and they were the same. Very informative from Sales and the install crew were friendly and answered any questions on time every day with a call before. I cannot recomend them enough. You have a lifetime customer.
They went beyond our expectations. The work was done with attention to every detail, impeccable results and they even helped us moving the curtain rod that no longer fitted in the new window frame. The place was clean afterwards and we no longer have foggy windows. I would work with them again and totally recommend them. Excellent workers!
