Our sliding glass door was knocked off its rail during carpet installation and we could not get it to slide. Thomas Sanchez responded to my call within an hour and fixed it in a few minutes and then refused any payment. He was polite, cheerful and generous.
I live in Northern NM and got 4 different estimates to replace the 12 windows in my home. NM Desert was by far the most reasonable and the most professional. The install was quick and seamless they only took one day to install all 12 windows, took time to clean up after the work and did a great job. We got new windows installed in 2023, and they did an excellent job. We got the stucco redone later and it caused some leaking around the windows… This company came back and caulk the windows at no charge. What fantastic customer service and price!! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone.
