I went with glass rite because they had a good price. The sale consultant was cocky and a bit rude when we he came to our house and made some snide remarks about me because I attended the process via FaceTime. I don’t appreciate that. When he thought I was off the call he continued to make jokes about me attending virtually (guess what buddy, I make the decisions and I pay the bill). The sale person made remarks about not needing our business and having plenty of other orders fill their time. We still decided to go with this company. It took about 2.5 months first the windows to be manufactured which was fine. Install was about half a day for 6 windows. I don’t notice a difference in the bills, and the products seems mediocre to me. I guess if the temps drop more than freezing this year I’ll know better.Lastly, if I’m paying you over $8K for a service, you could at least spell my name right when you send me the warrant info in the mail.
I like the windows I received. I didn't like the 2 workers. They damaged the paint on my house With a chain saw during installation and I had to have it repainted, and they ruined 3 tiles in my living room when they installed the sliding glass doorWhich I hired a contractor to come fix I've already worked out a settlement with the owner. My comment is they need to find qualified people that know what they're doing so they don't damage a customer's home plain and simple
I love my Glassrite windows! Last night 1st night of really cold temperatures, down to 28° But temps in house this morning 63° w/o heat on last night. When I looked at my windows, no cold transfer, no condensation! In summer heat no heat transfer! Brandon helped me choose the best windows for me. Glassrite installers did a great job, neat, tidy, considerate with total window & patio slider doors replacement in May of this year 2025. I compared prices & window quality of competitors. Glassrite was best price & quality! I am 100% happy with Glassrite!
Our experience with Glass Rite was excellent! No gimmicky sales tactics, just honest estimates. The installation crew was very professional! They showed up right on time & worked through the day. We had 23 windows replaced, so the job took a few days. Every day they cleaned up the installation site. Our installer noticed that a couple of windows had small imperfections in them. I wouldn’t have even noticed them- they reordered & replaced them. I was so impressed by their honesty!! I highly recommend this outstanding, local company!
Another Five Star ReviewAwesome company. Brandon came over, talked over our needs took measurements and got us an estimate while he was here. We had all windows and two sliders replaced. We went to their office/factory to check out the windows, and we got a tour of the factory. The windows are locally made! We accepted the bid, they were scheduling about a month out. Ruben and Miguel did our installation. Took 1 week to install the windows and doors, nice fellows and did a great job. We needed a little stucco repair after the install, Noe came out a week or so later after they had matched the stucco color and finished the minor repairs.Just a short narrative of how everything went. We were very happy with the entire experience. The install was done in June, so it's been three months with the windows and doors and we love them. Its quieter, cooler with the low e windows, less dust in the house, we can see better (old windows were clouded up), and they all open and close so smoothly! Thanks Glass Rite!
