We hired Accent to install four old Ponzi windows in Santa Fe, NM.
I would highly recommend this Team and Company.
They are responsive to scheduled meetings from sales to measuring to install. Jasmine at their main office is great with reminders before meetings and critical dates. She handles sales scheduling, ordering, installation timelines, and follow-up. If you need old windows and doors replaced I would hire this company without hesitation. My wife and I plan to replace four more windows and a door wall with Accent.

Luis and Michael were outstanding! They replaced my bedroom window and handled everything with such care. They made sure my outside plants were protected and even removed and reinstalled my new wooden blinds — something they didn’t have to do.
The window looks perfect. No scratches, no gaps, and no damage to the surrounding stucco. Their work was neat and precise. They were patient, careful, and completely focused on getting it right. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

We got a quote a year and a half ago. I needed an updated quote as life happens so they gave me the best salesperson ever! Picking windows and sliding doors was a little overwhelming for me but Paul Dennis is extremely patient and easy going (which I needed) so he was incredible to work with. I highly recommend Paul Dennis. Seriously Paul is amazing!!
We had a really Great crew too, who installed our windows, Paul and David. The first day I looked anxious so Paul helped put me at ease about the process. They cleaned up and were very nice. Our windows look really great, thank you!
I’m glad we got the Anlin windows in tan with Accent Southwest! Our windows look Beautiful and I can already tell how quiet they are and easy to open and close. They are definitely Quality windows.

The windows are gorgeous - we love them. From beginning to end it’s been a great experience with this company. Sales, price, install.
But we can’t rave enough about the crew, Jose & Jamie. Some of the most professional and respectful crew members I have ever had in my home. They were clean, mindful, friendly & did their job with excellence.

We had a great sales experience with Shelly and were very happy with the window installation — the crew was on time, efficient, and left the space fairly clean. The windows have made a huge difference in keeping our house cool and enhanced our views.

Unfortunately, the drywall remodel work was poorly managed. There was little to no communication, and the subcontractor showed up late multiple times and came unprepared. No project manager was present to oversee the work, and no one from the company checked on quality — leaving me to manage the subcontractor on my own. The finished texture didn’t match, corners were sloppy, and the overall workmanship lacked attention to detail.

We also had to clean plaster off cabinet doors, bathroom fixtures, our fireplace, multiple windows, and floors. On top of that, the baseboards weren’t removed during the window install, which left holes and uneven finishes — Sheetrock is never laid the same twice, and it shows.

In the end, we are hiring our own stucco team and plan to bring in a different drywall contractor to fix the texture issues.

We chose Accent Southwest despite their higher pricing because we expected a professional result. We did receive a 19% discount for that part of the remodel. While we would consider using them again for window installation, we do not recommend them for remodel work requiring texture matching or detailed finishing.
