We have been so pleased with the quality of the product and the exceptional customer service from Centra. In Feb 2026 we replaced our windows and front door, and also renovated our backyard sliding door and windows into one large sliding door. It looks so fresh and amazing. They made the process super easy from start to finish and really ensured we were happy the whole way through. Robin was our initial consultant, and Mike was our estimator. Kudos to the installation team: TJ, Sam, Wayne, and Robel. It was a super wet week for them to work in and they were total professionals. Also props to the two gentlemen who came out on Feb 20/26 at 8:30am to fix a pressure crack (that we hadn't even noticed! They identified it during installation). I didn't catch their names, so I hope Centra can figure it out and give them recognition, too. It's really reassuring to know that we can rely on Centra to get it right with such a large investment purchase in our house. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and refer them to others. Centra just finished replacing all of the windows in our house - over 30 windows and 1 patio door. It was a massive and week long project. We had an amazing experience with the Centra team from our sales rep, Kyle, to the install team led by Maz. Everyone was very professional, took great care of our house during the installation, and the results were beautiful windows installed with great craftsmanship. We really appreciate how the install team was very accommodating of questions, concerns and simple asks! Some of the more complex replacements included removing a glass block window and converting a hexagonal window to a square window. They did these flawlessly and we couldn't be happier with the results and so excited that we now have mountain views where the glass block window use to be! We had met with over 5 window companies before we decided to move forward with Centra and they offered the best value with the most number of positive customer reviews to back their work. Andrew and Vivek demonstrated extra care and attention to detail in protecting floors and furnishings in all areas they accessed. They planned and prepped for the next day's work e.g. cutting trim. They communicated clearly how they install the windows, the weatherproofing, and sealing up of the exterior prior to leaving each day. New trim tied in beautifully to existing! My home feels quieter and warmer; I am so pleased!
This review is long overdue!We began the journey of replacing the original 1971 single-pane windows in our home back in March 2025. We interviewed and received quotes from no fewer than ten companies. After thorough due diligence, we narrowed our options down to three reputable local companies that all seemed to offer great products and strong customer service. Centra was one of them.After further discussions with all three, we decided to go with Centra. They weren’t the cheapest, but we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the very first moment our sales representative, Blair S., stepped into our home, he was outstanding—patient, knowledgeable, and always accessible.We did experience some delays with our windows arriving and being installed due to a miscommunication between the measurement technician and the order department. However, Centra handled it professionally, and the wait was absolutely worth it. They measured our windows twice—first by the sales rep and then by the measurement technician—to ensure accuracy.We had a large picture window that most companies wanted to split, but Centra managed to keep it as one single unit. When it turned out that the original frame choice couldn’t handle the weight and size, they upgraded the frame at no extra cost. That level of ownership and accountability spoke volumes about Centra’s integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.When installation time came, our installers, Nick and Zair, were incredible. Both were professional, skilled, and efficient. They installed 11 windows and 2 sliding doors in just one week, including finishing all the interior and exterior trim work. They cleaned up every day and treated our home with respect. At the end of the job, they did a walkthrough, identified a minor issue with one window, and promptly marked it for replacement. The head office contacted us shortly after, and the window was replaced under warranty within weeks.Overall, we are extremely happy with Centra and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Every single employee and owner we interacted with took real pride in their work, which truly shows. I had Centra do the following a few weeks ago: replace 1 broken window, replace 1 window in what is called a ‘frame up’ which is where a door was turned into a much smaller window, and a set of old french doors was replaced.First, I have been happy with each of the individuals I have dealt with including Jason, the person who came out to quote and whom met with me in the showroom and answered questions etc, Mike, the measurement guy, and the 3 guys who did the work on a very hot, very long day (Andrew, Vivek, Adam). Centra has been very good to work with and the service, responsiveness etc is all good. I am very happy with what I saw as I was watching the installation and am super happy with how things look now.The one issue I have had (and Centra has been very good about their customer service and working with me on this) is that the French doors I got I chose the blinds inside the glass which is a feature I love. Please be aware the tint and e-coating on these windows is noticeably different from the other windows. As I understand it, it is only the french door windows with the blinds inside that is affected due to a difference in production and is most noticeable to me in sunny weather. As I mentioned Centra has been good at communicating and is working with me on this and I haven’t decided what if anything I will do about it yet. I just really wish this had been clear to me beforehand during the decision making.I'm attaching before and after photos.
